Celebs React To San Bernardino Shooting

Update: On Wednesday, Dec. 2, a shooting at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, left 14 people dead and 21 wounded. Hours after the attack, police pursued information that led to a chase of a dark SUV, which was later determined to be a rental car. A shootout between police and the suspects left both suspects dead. The suspects were identified as Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, who were husband and wife.

According to federal law enforcement authorities, the four guns used in the shooting were purchased legally. The suspects were found to have 1,600 rounds of ammunition with them, and at a home the suspects were renting in Redlands, California, law enforcement officers found 4,500 rounds of ammunition and 12 pipe bombs. No official motive has been confirmed, though a source told the Los Angeles Times that investigators are considering a combined motive of "terrorism and workplace."

Earlier: On Wednesday, another tragedy struck the United States when a mass shooting occurred in San Bernardino reportedly resulting in the deaths of at least 14 people. Like many similar situations, people are taking to Twitter responding to the devastation and sending all their thoughts and prayers to all those affected by the events. Those people include celebrities reacting to the San Bernardino shooting. Suffice to say, celebs are sickened and saying enough is enough across social media.

After way too much gun violence has swept the nation, many are hoping something will be done once and for all to prevent it from happening again. As you can see below, hearts are breaking, especially since many celebs live in California. There are also several actors and actresses who were born and raised in the state, which makes it that much more upsetting.

Some are even taking this time to tweet politicians directly. Take Room actress Brie Larson who responded to this tweet made by 2016 presidential candidate Jeb Bush: "Praying for the victims, their families & the San Bernardino first responders in the wake of this tragic shooting." Larson tweeted back: "Your prayers aren't working."

She's just one of a bunch of celebs reacting and joining forces in hoping to finally make an impact when it comes to preventing gun violence.
