While some celebrities change up their hair with every mood (hint: Kylie Jenner), others have one signature style that pretty much defines their look. Ariana Grande dropped a music video for Dangerous Woman on Thursday, and I couldn't help but notice that she looks pretty different in it. But what is it that changed about the pint-sized singer, exactly? At first glance I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but after watching the full video it came across loud and clear. Are you prepared for the big news? Grande let her hair down for her latest clip. Yes, you read that correctly — the ponytail is officially gone! Oh happy day.

I have been impatiently waiting for the day that Grande would ditch her half-up, half-down 'tail and flaunt her full mane, which is super long and totally gorgeous by the way, and I'm glad that day has finally arrived. It's a good thing she chose this occasion to free the up-do, because it makes the video way more memorable. The four minute clip features a lingerie-clad Grande, soulfully singing in a dark-lit room while striking some sexy poses. If it wasn't for all that hair flipping and twirling, I might actually be a little bit bored by it, but thankfully she chose this moment to debut a new look that kept me hooked the entire time.
