Ariana Slays At The Billboard Music Awards

by Eliza Florendo

Ariana Grande is straight up killing the game lately. With a new album that totally bumps (my favorite happens to be "Into You"), she's on my pop radar for sure. And apparently, on the award shows', too: Ariana Grande at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards went with her classic look, wearing a turquoise blue stunner with all the right cutouts.

Grande may have some serious pipes, but she has some serious style, too. Always clad in feminine, cute ensembles, she has the girly style I wish I could pull off, but I end up wearing ripped denim and a tee instead. Maybe someday. Scroll through Grande's Instagram, and you'll find (a whole lot of) selfies, clips from her videos, but most importantly, a peek into her personal style.

Her classic high pony, strapless dresses, fur stoles, and crop tops are just some pieces among the staples of her wardrobe. It's like Hollywood glam meets modern badass. She essentially takes the '90s best trends and gives them a modern twist, with chokers, lingerie-inspired tops, and fun jumpsuits. Whatever she's rocking, it's always super cute and totally her style.

And tonight, she certainly didn't disappoint, showing up at the Billboard awards wearing a classic Ariana outfit: A stunning blue textured dress with a dangerously low v and all the cutouts we could ever want. She's giving us major mermaid vibes with thigh high slits and pumps. And of course, she went with her notorious high pony.

Talk about sexy. And I'm not the only one who thinks so.

Not only was this color gorgeous, but I loved all the different textures on her dress, which were anything but boring. I'm feeling this look.

Grande is up for two awards tonight: Top Female Artist and Top Social Media Artist. This only makes sense, since she's so darn loved on her Instagram! Whether she takes an award home tonight or not, she totally slayed the red carpet.
