Anyone who's seen Kylie Jenner's Snapchat in the last few days knows a few things about her life to be true: She travels with her own perfect selfie lighting, she lets Tyga lint roll her feet while she lounges in bed (#relationshipgoals), and she loves pomegranate seeds. She loves them so much, in fact, that she claims to go through six packs of them a day. While the youngest Jenner sister may swear by the juicy red seeds simply because they're delicious, she may actually be on to something. There are some seriously significant beauty benefits of eating pomegranate seeds.

Not that that should come as any surprise, considering that #KingKylie is the beauty guru of our generation. (Full disclosure: After I saw Kylie Jenner eating pomegranate seeds, I went out and bought five packs of pomegranate seeds. She is the Regina George to my Cady Heron, and I am OK with it.)

Pomegranate seeds are full of antioxidant Vitamins A, C and E, which are major rockstars when it comes to skin health. Pomegranate oil, which is the active ingredient in many topical beauty products, can be applied directly to the face, hair, and skin to replenish your natural glow. The seeds also have seemingly magical anti-aging properties (maybe that's Kris Kardashian's secret!) and are great for your digestive system and heart health. Basically, if you aren't eating pomegranate seeds and rubbing their juices and oils all over your body, it's time to start now.

In case you need more convincing to hop on yet another Kylizzle beauty band wagon (if so, you're a stronger woman than I am), here is a full list of beauty benefits that come from pomegranates.

Pomegranate is your pimples' worst nightmare. The antioxidants you get when you drink pomegranate juice help decrease inflammation throughout your body, including your skin. In this instance, eating the seeds is more effective than drinking juice from a bottle because the seeds contain slightly more Vitamin C. If only we'd heard about this trick during puberty.

One of the antioxidants in pomegranates, called "ellagic acid," helps stimulate collagen production, which increases elasticity and prevents wrinkles or sagging. Seriously, though, is this Kris Jenner's secret?!
