Which Celebs Could Buy The Brady Bunch Mansion?

by Kaitlin Reilly

Have you ever thought, "Hey, you know what my house is lacking? A gym. And a gourmet kitchen. And you know, maybe a wine cellar. Also, a moat. Yeah, I really want that moat." Surely we all have at one point or another, even if it's just to fantasize about living in a place larger than your current "cozy" studio. But if you have $50 million, this fantasy can become a reality. Gisele Bunchen and Tom Brady are selling their crazy awesome house. That's right: the couple is trading in their 14,000 square-foot mansion in Brentwood, Calif., for an estate closer to where Tom Brady plays ball in Brookline, Mass. Construction on the new house is already underway and will also feature some cool amenities, like a library, yoga studio, and basement spa.

Now that the Brady bunch is moving into a new abode, they're going to have to sell their California home. The price for this Brentwood estate is listed at $50 million, which puts it just slightly out of my own price range. Oh well. I may not be able to squeeze this house into my budget just yet, but these eight celebrities sure can. Here's who should call up their real estate agent and take a tour of this mansion.

The smiley host and television producer hasn't turned 40 yet, yet his net worth is currently $250 million. Because life is fair. We could see Ryan having the Kardashians over for brunch at the former Brady house while they continue to plot their world domination.

Kim's net worth is only $40 million compared to Kanye's $120 million, but these two can certainly combine their assets once they officially tie the knot. It's a worthwhile investment: this house is so huge that these two can hide from Kris Jenner, who will absolutely want a key to their new estate.

The Star Wars creator has billions — he could afford to build a larger house next to the Bundchen-Brady home and call it this $50 million estate his guest house.

This couple — estimated at $270 million combined — has so many kids that they might actually need a house this large.

Gisele and Tom don't have to be the only beauty and the braun to live in their estate. David Beckham's a soccer star and Victoria Beckham's the epitome of chic, and with their combined net worth of $225 million they totally should live in a house with its own moat.
