Kourtney Rushed To Kim K's Side After The Robbery

by Mary Grace Garis

Things got terrifying for the Kardashian family on Sunday night/Monday morning, when Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint during a robbery in her Paris hotel room. The Kardashian clan quickly jumped to action, and, most notably, husband Kanye West left his show in Queens to meet his wife at the airport, citing a "family emergency." Curiously left out of this narrative, though, is Kardashian's oldest sister, who accompanied her overseas, leaving many to wonder: where is Kourtney Kardashian right now?

The two sisters were in town for Paris Fashion Week, having attended a Balenciaga show early in the day and Givenchy later with mother Kris Jenner. (Half-sister Kendall Jenner walked in the show). The pair were were seen later that day dressed up for a night on the town, donning bodycon, leather, and snakeskin Azzedine Alaïa outfits, with Kim eagerly showcasing their outfits to her Snapchat followers. The paparazzi then pegged them on their way to a dinner honoring the designer. In short, it seemed like a low-key Sunday... for a Kardashian at least.

But, when this night took a horrifying turn, it was solely at the expense of Kim, as, apparently, the two sisters split ways shortly thereafter. Kim returning to the hotel room at approximately 2:30 a.m. alone, with her last social media post being a shout-out to Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, congratulating the pair during their baby shower. Shortly thereafter, the room was broken into, and she was subsequently bound, gagged, and handcuffed while the room was stripped of over $10 million in jewelry. Kardashian's spokesperson released in a statement that the reality star was "badly shaken but physically unharmed."

While this was all happening, Kourtney was clubbing at L'Arc with Kendall, definitely having a considerably better night than her superstar sister. However, it's worth noting that, once Kourtney and Kendall learned about the robbery, they left the club at approximately 4 a.m. and rushed back to the hotel, which was apparently already flooded by authorities.

Kim was last reported to be on her private jet back to New York, with Kendall following suite in a separate jet. Kourtney's whereabouts, however, have been somewhat unclear, and she's remained mum on social media about the incident. Perhaps she'll be on a separate plane back shortly, or perhaps familial obligations are actually forcing her to stay in Paris as a Kardashian ambassador. Whatever the case may be, I'm sure that Kim has the support of all her siblings, and momager Kris was quick to tell E! News, "She will be OK."
