Did Tom Brady Vote For Donald Trump?

by Jessica Willingham

The story is reminiscent of this campaign season: It's all about he said, she said. Did Tom Brady vote for Donald Trump? According to the New York Times, Trump claimed that Brady did vote Republican. The problem? Gisele Bundchen, Brady's wife, claimed it wasn't true.

Trump announced at a New Hampshire rally tonight that New England Patriots' star quarterback, Tom Brady, voted for him. Trump said that Brady proclaimed “Donald, I support you, you’re my friend and I voted for you," the New York Times reported.

So what does Bundchen think of this? Brady hasn't spoken publicly about his chosen candidate, but Bundchen wrote something on her Instagram page that would indicate that the couple didn't vote for the Republican nominee.

A follower on her Instagram page asked, "Gisele, I heard you and Tom were backing Trump! Is it true?" Perhaps unsurprisingly, Bundchen shut the rumor down by commenting "No!"

It's not totally shocking that Brady would vote for Trump — they've played golf together in the past, and Tom's been spotted with a "Make America Great Again" hat. Brady cast his vote on Nov. 7, according to The Boston Globe, but hasn't spoken up about who earned his vote. Either way, it's easy to see how such a wild election could turn a couple against each other (if only politically).

Capital "N-O," if you believe Bundchen's Instagram response. Then again, these two do look cozy.

A #MAGA hat in Tom's locker room didn't help the rumor mills, either.

All things considered, though, it doesn't seem like Brady voted for Trump — and at the very least, we can be sure that Bundchen didn't.
