So we know that the ‘70s and ‘90s are in big time (obvs!), but leave it to Scandal star Kerry Washington to throw it back even further (and for us to want to follow her lead). Sporting a bob (even shorter than a lob!) and bangs, Washington channels the ‘60s in such a good way. Her turquoise eyeliner adds a bit of contrast to her black and white turtleneck and totally completes the look. Like I said, Mod perfection.
