Heidi Montag, and by extension her disgusting other half Spencer Pratt, is fighting her way back to relevancy the only way she knows how — putting it all out there. Lauren Conrad's ex-BFF underwent a breast reduction surgery and had it filmed for Entertainment Tonight. I mean, The Hills is over, so what else was she supposed to?
ET correspondent Brooke Anderson tweeted that she was in the OR with Montag, who was going from "F breasts to D for health reasons." That makes complete sense since the last time Montag underwent surgery, she went from a nice, pretty girl, to the Los Angeles version of Frankenstein's monster. I'm not even being dramatic, does no one else remember her mom's reaction to her new face?
But I don't think filming the surgery will have any kind of effect on her future health. That probably has to do with her joining the ongoing Laguna Beach/The Hills alum one-upping contest. Conrad is engaged, Kristin Cavallari is pregnant with her second baby and Brody Jenner is just hanging out with his dad, adding his sexiness to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The Pratts can't be left out, they have to get back on top. If that means showing the world the inside of an unconscious Montag's breasts, so be it.
At least it's not a sex tape.
