Melissa Odabash X Future Dreams Suits For A Cause

by Augusta Statz

Many of us probably haven’t given much thought to what it must be like to shop for a swimsuit after having a mastectomy, but thankfully one designer is one step ahead of the rest of us. Swimsuit designer Melissa Odabash has teamed with Future Dreams charity to create a line of post-surgery suits. Isn’t that just the greatest, most heart-warming thing you’ve heard all day? It’s pure genius!

The swim line features suits with molded cups in the tops of them, and they come with the option of inserting a breast form. This swimwear is so chic that you’re sure to look and feel great while wearing it.

It’s a small collection, featuring only four bathing suits, but even in that small number, there’s plenty of variety. You can buy a bright red two piece, or choose from three one piece designs. Considering that there are only four suits to choose from, I really think that Odabash did a great job of designing suits that are inclusive, no matter what your style may be.

And not only is Odabash offering classy swimwear, she’s doing it for a good cause — twenty percent of the proceeds from every purchase goes to the Future Dreams organization.
