Gisele's Makeup Artist Dishes Out Beauty Hacks

by Stephanie Chon

If I could choose any single female model to dub her the best at working the popular no-makeup makeup look, it'd have to be Miss Ex Victoria's Secret angel, Gisele Bundchen. But admittedly, I've got to give a lot of the props to Bundchen's makeup artist, Rose Marie Swift because she's clearly the queen at the natural makeup look. Swift even agrees that Bundchen is, "a natural beauty." In an interview with Boston Magazine, Swift gives all the details behind her secrets in enhancing Bundchen's features.

Considering the fact that Bundchen really isn't a heavy foundation type of girl and Swift doesn't believe in, "full face foundation or powder," I'd say these two make a great match. Swift told Boston Magazine that she's, "a skin-to-skin girl. I think [that kind of] application is the best." And even if she were to use a brush, it'd be the applicator that she designed. The brush, "mimics the fingertips," and it, "can deposit and even out with just one little whoosh of the brush." On Bundchen, Swift will, "add a bit of definition to the brow," some mascara and, "she has a few little freckles that sometimes we will enhance a little bit just because they look cute on her and give freshness to the skin." Clearly, Chanel chose the right gal for their minimal makeup line, Les Beiges. For the rest of the interview, check it out on BostonMagazine.com.
