Ronda Rousey Is A Knockout In Black And White

by Melanie Richtman

ESPYs host Joel McHale called MMA fighter Ronda Rousey the "most dominant athlete" at the 2015 ESPYs, which is not only a awesome shoutout for women athletes everywhere, but I have a feeling he was also referencing her killer style. Ronda Rousey wore a black and white mesh dress to the ESPYs and looked absolutely amazing.

Rousey, the winner of Best Female Athlete award over Lindsey Vonn and Serena Williams and the Best Fighter award over a slew of men, accepted her prizes in a black and white body con dress with black mesh sleeves, showing off her athletic frame. Rousey accessorized with a pair of silver t-strap heels and a large pair of intricately-designed drop earrings. Rousey's sassy look matched her sassy (albeit warranted) attitude following her Best Fighter win, where she dissed Floyd Mayweather, because girls rule.

The real winning part of Rousey's ESPYs' look is her sleek ponytail. The Mixed Martial Arts fighter kept her hair out of her face by slicking it back into a high pony, but this was no basic updo. Rousey had two small corn row braids along both sides of her scalp, before it was pulled back and the elastic was wrapped with her strands.
