FINALLY the day has come. Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany has been nominated for an Emmy. After years of playing multiple characters on the BBC show, the Emmys gave her a nod for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. Before this year, she was snubbed consistently by the awards show, much to the disapproval of her fans. But, now her time has finally come, and playing basically every character on her show has paid off. So, what better way to celebrate Tatiana's Emmy nomination than with some Orphan Black GIFs?
Though the show is technically a drama, it has its lighter moments too. That means that it's not hard to find some celebratory images from the episodes (and from Maslany's many characters) to celebrate her nomination with. True, she hasn't won the category (yet), but, at this point, the nomination itself is a kind of victory. After all, it took three seasons of her amazing acting and ability to play numerous characters to even get her the nomination in the first place. I definitely think she deserves to win, but, for now, I'm happy that she was at least nominated for the award. And, I'd like to think her many characters would be excited too.
