The main event of awards season has finally arrived, and the 2026 Oscars delivered plenty of unforgettable fashion moments — but just as noticeable were the hair and makeup looks.

It is the most glamorous night in Hollywood, after all, and proof of that was on full display as stars arrived to celebrate the 98th Annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles, where the event quickly became a showcase for mood board-worthy glam. From glossy waves to bold eyeliner and statement lips, the red carpet was a playground for beauty creativity.

Barbie Ferreira stunned in an Old Hollywood hairstyle, with soft waves framing one side of her face. Rose Byrne, nominated for Best Actress for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, went with a classic bold red lip and slicked-back bun. Chase Infiniti paired a pastel gown with waist-length micro braids, lavender eyeshadow, and draped blush for a whimsical yet polished look. And Emma Stone leaned into monochromatic glam to match the shimmer of her silver Louis Vuitton dress, proving that coordinating your hair, makeup, and outfit can make a major impact.
