Generally speaking, going to the airport sucks. There’s traffic, it’s crowded, the security lines can be long, and the food is often lackluster. But now, if you fly Delta in or out of New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (and — a caveat — if you can pony up $$$ for a Delta One ticket), you can relax at the airline’s new Delta One Lounge, which opened in June.

From spa-like wellness treatments to high-end food and beverage options to luxe shower suites, the 40,000 square foot lounge, located in JFK’s Terminal 4, is a throwback to when air travel actually felt glamorous — so much so that you might enjoy the amenities a little too much and forget to board your flight.
