It’s that point of the year: time to manage less daylight and colder weather, on top of the not-so-distant holiday stress. It can be so easy to cuddle up in your warm, cozy bed, watch hours of Gilmore Girls, and never leave the house. If you need a kick of motivation to get you out of the house, this edition of “Your Month IRL,” Bustle’s monthly roundup of in-person events, has got you covered. From concerts to fabulous hotel getaways, November is full of reasons to get dressed and get out there — even if it’s just putting on your sweats to head to the movie theater. Don’t worry, homebodies, there’s plenty to do from your couch, too (or your backyard, for the nature lovers). Read on to see what November 2025 has in store.

Some dates and details to keep in mind, regardless of which city you call home.
Catch the iconic musical on Broadway, then retreat to the Hyatt Regency Times Square, where a 44th-floor suite has been transformed into a Greek villa. Think beachy decor, disco balls, and ABBA playing on command.
Where art thou? Why not at the Sabrina Carpenter concert? If you snagged tickets before she announced her new album, Man’s Best Friend, well, consider yourself lucky. For everyone else, there’s still time to land a spot at one of her Madison Square Garden performances, or her upcoming Nashville or Toronto shows.
Get outside, head away from the city lights, and catch a glimpse of the Taurids meteor shower, which peaks from Nov. 4-5. The astronomical event, which is actually an intersection of the Northern and Southern Taurids showers, is visible across the United States and hits its highest point at midnight. Forget manifestation — it’s time to wish on a shooting star.
Everyone deserves a chance to fly and catch the second installment of Wicked when it premieres in theaters this November. Be sure to grab a bucket of popcorn and some lemonade (preferably of the pink variety).
A decade in the making, the final season of Stranger Things is finally here — at least, Volume 1 is. The first half of the sci-fi odyssey’s fifth and final season will arrive on Netflix on Nov. 26, so heat up some Eggo waffles and get ready for one last ride.
In the era of Prime Day and Cyber Monday sales, it can be blissfully simplistic to return to one of our most sacred American traditions: finishing a giant plate of Turkey, ditching your snoring uncles, and heading to your hometown mall for Black Friday shopping. It’s the unofficial start to the holiday season, so get festive!
If pickleball and squash had a baby, it'd be padel — one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. After working up a sweat on the court at Padel United Sports Club, try the Ammortal, a $160k wellness chamber combining infrared light, sound therapy, breathwork, and more.

From Nov. 4–9, the 312 Comedy Festival brings the laughs back to Chicago with a fun lineup of comedians, including Fortune Feimster, Jared Freid, and more. Tickets are on sale here.

Laumeier Sculpture Park is technically an open-air museum, but it feels more like you're taking a casual forest walk that just so happens to be full of around 70 huge, one-of-a-kind sculptures. It's free to visit, but the absolute best time to go is during the Laumeier After Dark event on Nov. 8, when the park stays open late with fire pits, live music, and a night market brimming with local vendors.

If you happen to be in NYC this month, make a point to visit the Espace Louis Vuitton, and check out their newest exhibit: a pairing of two of the French Impressionist Gustave Caillebotte’s masterpiece works. This is a rare occasion — be sure to stop by before the exhibit closes on Nov. 16.
