Drinks You Can Make With Wine

by Kiersten Hickman

Although National Wine Day is on May 25, Feb. 18 is a more special holiday. Why? Because it's Drink Wine Day. It's literally a holiday that is encouraging you (if you are of drinking age, of course) to drink all of the red, white, sparkling, and pink wines that you love. So if you're thinking about spicing it up a bit on National Drink Wine Day, here are some drink recipes you can make with wine to test out this year.

There are a combination of hot and cold drinks in this list, as well as all of the sangria recipes you could ever dream of. Personally, I am dreaming of that sparkling bubbly sangria by Damn Delicious that has all of that wonderful fruit in it, or that peach pineapple sangria that looks so sweet it could be a dessert. I also threw in a red wine hot chocolate recipe. Have you braved trying it yet? Because now is the time.

So whatever wine you like to enjoy — whether it be a boxed wine or your favorite grab at your local supermarket — these recipes will take your wine game to a whole new level on National Drink Wine Day. Here are the recipes you have got to try while celebrating this year.
