by Madison Alcedo

The holidays and 2016 are finally nearing an end, which means you're probably gearing up to celebrate in a big way. Whether you're planning to simply pop some champagne at home or go all out at a black-tie event this year for New Year's Eve, you most likely want to have fun without ruining the first day of 2017 by being hungover. Don't worry — I've got you covered with some of the best beauty tips to hide a hangover, thanks to beauty guru Gregory Dylan. With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, Dylan has learned how to perfect some great quick fixes and rescues for your post-party face.

If you still have multiple holiday parties to attend, Dylan's tips will definitely help you survive the end of holiday party season (and the hangovers that might come with it). There's no reason you can't have fun while still looking good and maintaining a solid beauty regimen — it's all about faking a flawless complexion even if you feel like crap!

Here are some of the best beauty tips to help lessen the effects of your hangover this holiday season — you'll definitely thank us later:

1. Try An Oxygen Facial

If you have time to go to an esthetician, try getting an oxygen facial.

"The infusion of a plumping and hydrating serum paired with the invigorating oxygen will wake the skin right up," Dylan says. "It will diminish signs of dehydration while reducing redness and inflammation. I've saved countless hungover faces with oxygen."

2. Apply A Gel-Based Hydrating Mask

Instead of going to a professional's office for a treatment, you can also try your own home remedies to revive your skin after a night out. Using a gel-based hydrating mask to reduce puffiness, pop it in the fridge, allow it to cool, and then apply a nice layer of the mask for five to ten minutes, Dylan says.

3. Take Preventative Measures With Vitamin K

Vitamin K helps dramatically reduce redness. "A product with Vitamin K is a great way to fortify capillaries," Dylan says.

4. Pump Up Your Green Tea Intake

To minimize the "hungover look," Dylan suggests trying a sleeping mask. "Sleeping masks work to combat the negative effects of alcohol while rejuvenating and repairing, lending to a less fatigued complexion in the morning," he says.

7. Moderate Alcohol Intake

Ultimately, alcohol is known to increase redness in your skin, so moderation is key!
