Where To Buy Jelly Sandals In 2017

by Alexa Tucker

If there was one summer wardrobe staple that dominated every warm-weather ensemble in the 90s, it was good old jelly sandals. Available in an array of styles and translucent hues like candy pink, baby blue, and classic clear, these bad boys were the one accessory everyone owned. But as ubiquitous as they were, they faded away with the turn of the 21st century. As trends do, though, this one's made a triumphant comeback. So if you're wondering where to buy jelly sandals in 2017, look no further.

As nostalgic as they are, though, it is worth remembering though that for many of us, jelly sandals were our introduction to that whole idea of "pain is beauty" or "better to look good than feel good." Total BS, of course, but suffice it to say we suffered for style in our jelly sandals. Blisters were an inevitability, and getting a rock stuck in them was on par with stepping on a Lego pain-wise.

Now that we're wise enough for some uncomfortable shoe hacks, though, it's the perfect time to bring jelly sandals back into the rotation with updated styles reminiscent of simpler times. Here are seven jelly sandals you can buy in 2017 and where to get them (bonus points for glitter).
