Katy's "Chained to the Rhythm" Jacket Is So '80s

Satin jackets are so in. The Kylie Cosmetics lips bombers, available at The Kylie Shop, has proven quite popular. If you are a Katy Perry fan and love her new single "Chained to the Rhythm," you can announce that on your person. Katy Perry's black satin "Chained to the Rhythm" varsity jacket is $95 and it's deliciously retro, circa the '80s. Where can you buy the jacket, which boasts one of the tune's lyrical phrases on the back?

The jacket is available online via the singer's merch site, among other "CTTR"-inspired shirts, dad hats, patches, and more.

IMO, this jacket a super cute alternative to the Kylie Lips Bombers, which are $200. Since the song is breaking Spotify records and after Perry's electrifying Grammy performance of the track, now is the perfect time a show off your own Katy Perry fandom and support via a cute piece of merch.

The coat has the art patch on the front and the phrase "Dance Dance Dance to the Distortion" on the back. It's totally '80s, but it's also super wearable without being overly vintage. You can rock it with leggings, skinnies, boyfriend jeans, a mini, whatever!

Sizes run from S to XL and the jacket looks like something Perry would wear while performing on tour.

This jacket makes me want to break out a pair of roller skates and head to the rink. Adorbs, right? I love the striping on the cuffs, collar, and bottom of the jacket. ‌

Who doesn't want to dance (dance dance) to the distortion? It's a stylish, fashion girl piece... even if you aren't a rabid Katy Perry fan.

BTW, can we take a second to relive Perry's 2017 Grammys look? The messy, textured bob, the glowing makeup from her new COVERGIRL Katy Kat Pearl collection, and the rose gold Tom Ford dress were all straight fire. Katy Cats can copy her look with her COVERGIRL makeup or the "Dance Dance Dance to the Distortion" jacket that immortalizes her new song.

Perry also performed the track in a white suit and sneakers, in what felt like a not-so-subtle nod to Hillary Clinton.
