7 New Beauty Buys Out This Week, Including Ciate's Emoji Under-Eye Patches

With July officially ending this coming week (seriously, where did that go?!), payday is right around the corner for most of us, as is a (hopefully) hot August. Celebrate by picking up one of these new beauty buys from brands including Percy & Reed, The Inkey List, and Urban Decay.

This week I'm most excited about Ciate's new Mood Boosting Beauty range with Smiley World. After months of downcast news and struggle, this is exactly the kind of beauty products and campaigns we need to see: happy, smiley, bright, and fun. The range features some amazing bold mascaras, along with some cute lipsticks and other lovely bits.

In addition to Ciate's great new line, there is also an amazing mascara launch this week, along with a new bottle of dry shampoo in a jumbo size so you'll absolutely never be without.
