Griffin Wynne

Griffin Wynne is a sex and relationships writer at Bustle. Their work centers on all the things you’re “not supposed” to talk about like double texting, OnlyFans, and D-List celebrities’ love lives. They primarily cover sexual health and wellness, gender and sexuality, and internet sex and dating culture, with a focus on sex worker liberation, sex positivity, and reproductive justice. In addition to Bustle, their sex and relationships work has appeared in Cosmopolitan, SELF, Teen Vogue, Elite Daily, Crybaby Zine, and Xtra Magazine. While they’re critical and cautious of the “DIY scene,” Griffin got their start in zines, music journalism, and self-publishing covering queer punk bands and sad people making music in their bedrooms. Their music writing can be found in Razorcake Magazine, She Shreds, and Slumber Mag. Griffin graduated from Occidental College in 2017 with a double major in Religious Studies and Cognitive Science. When they’re not studying the sociological roots of current TikTok trends, Griffin can be found camping, drinking plain seltzer, crying to Liz Phair, working in harm reduction, or going to Goodwill. They’re a Capricorn King, a genderless cowboy, a non-binary bro, and a '70s daddy who is always down for dollar oysters, bonfires, mutual aid, and donating to local abortion funds. Griffin uses they/them pronouns and has the same birthday as Kyle Richards. Feel free to send them your favorite Dixie Chicks song or just to say hi! griffinwynne@gmail.com
